Dear Dr. Ingleman and your wonderful staff,
As the mom of a patient I wanted to say a few things... our family seems to be one of those families who sees a lot of people in the health professions.  We have internists, pediatricians, urologists, allergists, orthopedic surgeons, and on and on - all of whom we see on a regular basis.  All of them are great, and we are pleased with how we are treated.  I must say, however, that your office stands "heads & shoulders" above every one of them!  We never had an unpleasant experience at either of your offices during our entire treatment course... in fact, our visits were fun!  Your philosophies on patient care and "customer service" are wonderful and made what can surely be a trying time in a young person's life, very pleasant and unintimidating!  Congratulations to you all... we have recommended you to many of our friends!

It's been 11 long years, but I have three beautiful daughters with three beautiful smiles.

It's been well worth it.  Your office staff and assistants are all very friendly and wonderful.  You, Dr. Ingleman, are certainly proficient and a great boss.  Your turnover rate of employees must be very low.  I've seen the same pretty faces in your office since we started.  Thank you for the excellent care, but I won't miss all of those visits.
